Charming and spacious, this studio apartment is in trendy Beachwood Canyon (the canyon that leads to the Hollywood sign!)  Both quiet and private, it is two blocks from our local village with market and cafe and just a mile from Hollywood Blvd and all things Hollywood. The studio’s cozy atmosphere allows easy recovery from sightseeing and shopping. . .  or just a lazy read in the shaded patio.

Welcome to your home away from home–but without the mess. It is not just a place to sleep, but a place to spend time at your computer or relaxing after a day of work, site seeing–or chasing after your grandchildren. With both indoor and outdoor space, it is the perfect place to re-coup.

BOOKING AND CANCELLATION POLICIES

Prices

  • Extra people $20 per stay

  • Cleaning Fee: $90

  • Security Deposit $200

  • Host supports Living Wage Pledge: People who clean this host’s listing are paid a living wage

  • Pet fees:

    • $100 deposit per animal (refundable if no damages are incurred)

    • $50 cleaning fee per animal

House Rules

  • Many of our neighbors are actors, musicians, writers and directors whose hours are not what would be considered 'normal'. Often they are up at 5 AM. or going to bed at 5 AM.

  • All noise curfew laws are enforced. Meaning it is 'quiet time' at 10 PM, Sunday to Thursday and 11 PM on Friday and Saturday.

  • This is a no smoking property. But there is a sidewalk close by.... and I am happy to give you a chair and ashtray.

Cancellations

  • Life happens so my cancelation rules are easy:

    • Cancelations made up to 24 hours before check in will get a full refund (minus service fees)

    • If you cancel within 24 hours of your trip and the first night is non-refundable
